The README.Rmd currently generates example output using exported functions from blazr.

It is possible that the knitted README.md could fall out of sync (in case either the README.Rmd or package API change)

It would be helpful to have an action that triggers on every PR (and maybe also a knightly trigger on main) to knit the README.Rmd, to help us ensure everything stays synced
