Hello, good afternoon.
I have an HP ML110 server that I have been using for a long time for various things, but now I have decided that 80% of the hardware resources are going to be dedicated to the qbitt client.
The server has a 14c 28t Xeon processor, 128GB of RAM and a RAID 5 of 8 disks managed by a HP P440 4GB hardware controller and 1 Gb bandwith. This RAID is only dedicated to data storage, the operating system is on another RAID 1; Windows Server 2016.
At the moment, in the advanced configuration I have set 2048 MiB of RAM, in the "asynchronous I/O threads" section I have set 112, as this would multiply the number of threads by four. I also unchecked the box to use the O.S. cache.
Do you have any recommendation to get the most out of the qbitt client? I currently have 2200 torrents, and sometimes I can be sharing 20 torrents at the same time. Thanks.
