Upgrade pyth sui sdk to use latest sui.js #1227

There have been a couple of breaking changes between the current sui version in the pyth sdk (0.37) and the latest version (0.49):

JsonRpcProvider has been deprecated
the sui.js sdk has been broken down into smaller modules
the bcs library also seems to be pretty different
