[Feature Request] price-pusher should look for MNEMONIC env var when mnemonic-file is not present

This would make deploying much easier on platforms like digital ocean which use encrypted env vars.

Would love to contribute but to be honest I've never really touched Typescript for more than a few hours so I'm not sure that's worthwhile endeavour for me at the moment. I'm good with C/Rust.

Anyhow just a suggestion for making dockerizing a touch easier and likely more secure. Probably a pretty low priority improvement!
