Use https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/standard/tools/builders/grid/ to implement the grid

Expected behavior: max width of the viewport is 1440px, and minimum width gutters 120px

Acceptance criteria

Bootstrap is incorporated into the application
A grid is implemented that all views use, ensuring the interface is responsive
