Order Manager Foliate "StartsWith" does not work

Foliate "StartsWith" does not work as expected on Order Manager Generate Labels Form. When "StartsWith" is set to "Back" it should start labeling with the "verso" value. The screenshot below shows that this is not the case. This seems to be a problem with the Label Generator library, but we would need to investigate further.
