The Faculty model was created without created_at and updated_at timestamps. Rails should automatically update these when updating/creating records. Lets add these.

Had some trouble figuring out what was wrong with some of our imports. Having these timestamps would have helped. Adding a high-priority label to this so if we come back around to this system we can get this done.
