[FR] Make available for download only "OPNPS2LDR.ELF"

Whenever I need to download a package when a new beta is released, I have to extract the package, and move only what interests me (OPL ELF) to the PenDrive, the rest is discarded

If only ELF were available, it would save all this work, which, although small, still exists.

The version title can be kept as is "OPNPS2LD-v1.2.0-Beta-2197.ELF"

This also begs the question, why is there the OPNPS2LD.7z package and OPNPS2LD-v1.2.0-Beta-2197.7z?
Since they are the same package, why not just use one
