We continue to receive code contributions and feature requests for our styles branch of the SheetJS/js-xlsx Excel library (e.g. #90, #125, #163, 107 ). Can you complete a brief survey to help us see if there's interest to support active development?
The central dilemma is it's difficult to make a business case to support ongoing development of an open source library for a developer base self-selected to include primarily those not interested in a commercial version. The good news is it looks like at least a few people that need the broader feature set are able to license the commercial version.
