prose-pod-api:latest is built with the release configuration, which takes a loooong time to compile. Since edge is a pre-release, we could build it using a staging profile with both optimizations and incremental builds enabled. By leveraging the already-existing Docker caching introduced in #99, we'd get much faster build times and would use far less resources.
