problem with mibs?

I am looking for someone to point me to the correct way to handle some issues with MIBs (I believe that is the issue).

I have installed SNMP, Grafana, and Prometheus on a separate machine (Since I don't want to stress NAS devices with running docker on them)

For the template, I have used this one: Synology NAS Details dashboard for Grafana | Grafana Labs

When I run the SNMP Exporter I do get data however I believe that the translation isn't working as it should

There is still no data in the Grafana dashboard..
