Make sure we have good object clean-up behavior.

When a user is deleted, their folders and folder_items should also be deleted.
When a user is deleted, should their bookmarks be deleted? (Perhaps that behavior should be left to the blacklight gem to handle??)
When a folder is deleted, all the associated folder_items should be deleted.
