请问新的release到mirai插件仓库的发布流程是怎样的？ #749

我前几天看到2.10.0发布后，mcl -u调用的mirai仓库至今还在2.9.1
这块并不是同步更新的么？
mcl绑定了频道更新之后，从Github直接下载2.10.0会被mcl启动时当做破损库给rollback回去。
