[Feature Request] Creating Invoice Command

Hi,

So been trying to figure out how my players can create invoices for jobs they do for other players. I cannot find a way to do so through the PEFCL UI so would it be possible to add an invoice command for QB-Core? If I missed such command already being a thing I apologize.
