Enhance README.md

I am aiming to enhance readme.md under gssoc. I think if we add a table of content and feature in (that the project for featured in gssoc) it will make it look more attractive. Not only this I will add and enhance some more elements by adding animations to it, giving proper allignment spacing and adjusting size. if needed @knight1001d please assign this issue to me
