(IMO, well functioning) Home Row Mods

First I found out I hate the typing feel of home row mods via QMK. Then I spent way too much time not getting KMonad to work on my Mac. But with the help of Karabiner.ts, I've managed to create some pretty good home row mod actions!

I found little while searching "Karabiner home row mods", so hopefully this will be helpful for someone else as well. 👍🏻
