Can't change volume in multiplayer with alt + mouse scroll #31487

Bug description

Load the game
Enter multiplayer (either the lounge or the lobby)
Use alt + mouse scroll to change volume

The actual keybinds that are set in options DO work, only mouse scroll doesn't.
