Pitch

• Move mode StatusWidget tab to toolbar
• Fix inconsistencies and empty fields in status bar
• Facewash LightSourceWidget (More sensible laser power setting #12). Ideas: Show laser status with two icons (a lighted and shadowed bulb, respectively).
• Buggy warm-up (programs starts, stays frozen for a few seconds, then works normally)
• Set a reasonable window size at initialization
• Apply manual contrast-setting widget in logarithmic scale
• Viewer slidebar that switchs between planes: Visually weird, index indicating plane does not update (but piezo impulse-response widget does, correctly), push button for planewise-run does not show icon nor hint.
• Add demo movie for MockCamera (Add demo movie for the mock camera #108)
• Make handles in ROI selection easier to find
