Combining accent positioning is wrong

Seems like combining acute accent (U+0301) character position (with at least Cyrillic alphabet) is wrong
Render with San Francisco font on macOS:

CoreText render (via piet-coregraphics):

Text: "А́ а́ Е́ е́ И́ и́ О́ о́ У́ у́ Ы́ ы́ Э́ э́ Ю́ ю́ Я́ я́". Text size is 64, but on other sizes there's same issue.
