We know that fields on a closed ticket should not be updateable.
When on the tickets list, if we select a closed ticket > Action > update > CustomField and update it we get
which is expected as we should not be able to update a field in a close ticket.
The problem is that if we open that ticket, we will notice that the field has been successfully updated, with logging on the action and everything.
I have been able to reproduce this on the latest version of GLPI cloud with Additional Fields v 1.21.9
I have discovered the bug on a GLPI 10.0.7 having Additional Fields v 1.21.6
