the weekdays in the calendar do not fit the dates depending on the setting for first_weekday:

default when installing p.a.event: first_weekday == sunday: broken
first_sunday_broken

if set to monday: ok
first_monday_ok

if set to wednesday: broken differently
first_wednesday_broken

looks like the calendar days are adapted correctly when chaning the first_day param, but the column headers in div#caldays start with monday anyway
using 1.2.6 with plone 4.3.14
