add GGI XML terms to plazi vocabulary GG XLS

@myrmoteras afraid I will need that hand, as I cannot seem to fully understand this spreadsheet ... especially column E (labeled "unit") makes no sense to me at all. Also, column B is a mix of annotation types, attributes, and aggregates, so what is supposed to go where?
The "treatment" group is a combination of bibliographic metadata and taxon name attributes, "bibRefCitation"s have all the detail attributes from the cited "bibRef" is the latter is parsed, plus always the "refString", just like "treatmentCitation"s (the latter are constructed from a taxon names and a bibRefCitation) ... what exactly am I supposed to add, to complete which set?
