The common cache /var/cache/nodeadm accrues artifacts, and there is no convenient mechanism to clean it.

Options:

  1. nodeadm clean cache to remove all artifacts not known by the running version of nodeadm
  2. nodeadm clean cache to remove all artifacts from cache
  3. Document cache location and how to clean it manually (rm -rf /var/cache/nodeadm/*)
