[A11Y] Homepage image missing ALT attribute

Issue Description

Homepage image doesn't show alt attribute if an alternative text is not provided in the backend.

How to reproduce / Current behavior

1. Go to the Journal Dashboard
2. Settings > Website > Appearance > Theme , and select Pragma Theme - SAVE
3. Settings > Website > Appearance > Setup, and add a Homepage image (leave the alternate text field empty) - SAVE
4. Click on the Journal Title at the top to return to the homepage.
5. Check the image without the alt attribute
