Describe the bug
The Activity log shows information when files have been uploaded and edited. However, when files get deleted, there is no record anywhere.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the manuscript
  2. Click on Activity log

What application are you using?
OJS, OMP or OPS version 3.x and onwards

Additional information
This leads to “Where’s this file that was uploaded?” situations, making it difficult for editors to investigate missing files. It also requires access to the logs, which not all OJS users might have.

This often requires systems-level intervention and combing through logs to determine what occurred.
