Air Gapped packages install

Looking around I don't have find a way to install a package then turn off internet and call the installed package for the first time.

 $ pkgx install kubectl   
pkgx: installed: ~/.local/bin/kubectl

Disconnecting from internet ...

 $ kubectl

This can really be useful when you are building an image that later will not have full access to internet.

I think you'll need to call it at least once before disconnection. IIRC, the shim doesn't install the package until called. Alternatively, you could follow up by pkgx +kubectl to install at least one version.

Ah yeah, bug. Install should install the pkgs.

No internet is needed as long as all deps are installed.
