get docs working for glitch

Pixelfed has actually linked docs in parts of the places of the UI, but they all have multiple issues:

• sometimes obsolete (the feature never made it into pixelfed) (see [Feature Suggestion] Simplified/tighter integrated live streams, live chat, LDAP #9)
  • we have to decide if we want the feature and finish implementation or remove it and the dangling documentation.
• some features have auto generated or no documentation and people are confused what they do ( see: Mail_Driver vs Mail_Mailer in .env #17)
• some docs are linked to an outdated documentation that pixelfed used to use, but has migrated to a new one (TODO: find reference)
• some docs are linked to a glitch version of the docs, but the website doesn't exist, because there isn't a glitch mirror of the docs (TODO. find reference)

this issue might become a tracking issue now that I think about it.

Working on this now, first step here is to update the docs to keep the glitch changes while also being up to date with the pixelfed upstream docs. Nearing the end of that, then I'll be combing through the envs and obsolete features/info.
