[Feature Request] E-Mail Notification on new Curated onboarding

I have curated onboarding enabled, whenever I get a new user who wants to join it would help me a lot if the Server sends me an automated E-Mail.

It looks like there might be something already in place for this. Splunking the code and discovered a number of variables. Will be testing these and report back! Note: The job APPEARS to use the Instance Reports Email Addresses for the curated reg elements too. So ... watch out for that.

INSTANCE_REPORTS_EMAIL_ENABLED => Enable reports to trigger an email (default false)
INSTANCE_REPORTS_EMAIL_ADDRESSES => Address to send above
INSTANCE_REPORTS_EMAIL_AUTOSPAM => Guessing triggers when autospam detected? (Defaults false)

INSTANCE_CUR_REG_NOTIFY_ADMIN_ON_VERIFY => Notify admin on curated reg registration that has verified email (default false)
INSTANCE_CUR_REG_NOTIFY_ADMIN_ON_USER_RESPONSE => As above, but when they reply with more info (default false)
