I am using MAMP and also an empty CRAFT installation in PRO dev mode. Seems to work fine with all additional features. Now, I have installed a the demo site as a second vHost. Had to update to latest CRAFT version... no problems.

I am accessing the demo site with:

http://ontherocks.dev:8888/

After login and moving around, I got the splash screen with a notice to Upgrade or to switch to Personal edition? The upgrade screen showed a green "installed" under pro. And a "Test" button for Personal. I could not pass this screen...

I had to choose "Personal" ?!? Now I am running the demo in Personal mode, and can't change back? Any clues?

Thanks in advance.

BTW, I have got a similar issue with the regular CRAFT installation in Safari 5.1.10. There was always the splash screen. I switched to a newer Chrome browser, and there I can work in PRO edition.

Funnily enough, I have found the "Upgrade" button and link under the footer area. Either it was hidden or just out-of-sight.

So far so good, I was able to click it again, choose "Test" for PRO edition. Seems to work, even in Safari. Strange though.
