Contact Form(?)

We probably want some sort of form or something that will allow people interested in getting involved to contact us. Should it be a full-blown form? Or just a mailto link? If we want to do a real form, we can always use something like Formkeep to keep all the data nice and organized. Or a Google Form, too, but I generally don't like Google Forms.
