Undock from a spaceport and give an order to the autopilot immediately.
Observed behaviour
The Autopilot ignores the spaceport, the ship crashes into the walls, takes damage - and eventually tunnels out of the port (and back and out again and so on).
This happens whether the ship is equipped with radar or not.
Expected behaviour
The Autopilot leaves the spaceport without collision.

Thanks for reporting! I thought we already have an issue for it, but it seems there's none. It is a know issue, and it is being worked on. On a more elaborate waypoint following function for the autopilot to be able to navigate tight spaces.
(I took the liberty to create an Autopilot label)
