Design a framework for the scoreboard with relevant information displayed optimally

Round timer, round name, team names, numbers, and points of each team
Certain displayables will stay consistent from year to year regardless
Come up with eye-pleasing color scheme
Code the skeleton using HTML and CSS, using old scoreboard as frame of reference
