Feature request : Allow to bind on a specific IP

Hi,

Could you please add an option in configuration page (/config) at the connectivity level which permit to specify a custom IP ?
I wish I would be able to set up nzbmegasearch to listen only on localhost, and to do this I currently need to change chost variable value in mega2.py (at line 373) and it is not very user friendly.
