Better image handling.

Now it should support bmp, gif, png, tiff and emf as the background file, because it uses GDI plus feature.
Fix some pictures having black dots problem.
Now it has an update program. It will save time and space if you already have the full setup installed.

First release ! 20 random backgrounds and customizable song backgrounds.

This is what I have been working on for a few weeks !
The first version comes with 20 backgrounds with effects that will be randomly shown when a dance is started.
Just run it and let it reside in your tray. When your MMD3 model start to dance, you will see the magic.
This program will also allows you to create customized background and effects for your song. You can add your own "extra.json", includes background and the effect folder, to your song and then submit it to the workshop. Now MMD Helper will always play your background instead of a random one.
Imagine playing a song from Michael Jason then the background is the king himself ! Or a winter song with beautiful snow scenery in the back. Your experience will be greatly improved.
