Selective Breath Weapon

Hey there, maybe I'm missing where this ended up in your progression, but I believe in the original T2 upgrade, aivu's breath weapon becomes selective. In toybox this can be added with the feature DragonAzataSpecialAbilityTierII. Did this get removed in the levelable version?
