Summary

Addition of dietary interventions to the phenopacket schema.

Motivation

At the same level as Treatment I would consider dietary interventions to be of importance in the phenopacket schema. It could, perhaps, fit as a TherapeuticRegimen, but it seems rather vague.
I would suggest a structure similar to:
