Migrate unowned* API to +optAutoReleaseReturnedValue #30

The API can be cleaned with this new FFI call option, that we proposed with @tesonep in:
pharo-project/pharo#13229
So not yet, but maybe in Pharo 12: it requires this PR to be merged.

So, the PR was merged in P12, but we can't do this migration now as P11 is the latest stable version and we want to support loading on it.
