PWP__DEFAULT_LOCALE not working

❓ Question

I'm using several enviroment variables for pwpush setup but PWP__DEFAULT_LOCALE seems not working.
I'm using browser in italian language but I want pwpush working in English by default.
I set PWP__DEFAULT_LOCALE=en (also tried PWP__DEFAULT_LOCALE='en') but I always see the screen in italian language

I have some documentation on how the language to be displayed is selected here.

But in short, PWP__DEFAULT_LOCALE=en is used only if no other user preference can be determined.

Here is an example from my Firefox:

Even though I may have the "default" language set to English in Password Pusher, that is just the final fallback if no other language preference method is detected.
