Should we keep v1/clean endpoint?

yes
v1/clean is giving the opportunity to clean data for a specific company

propagate this as follow
v0 - clean data from localhost:8983 by using docker IP : 172.18.0.10
v1 - clean data from QA environment http://zimbor.go.ro:8985
v3 - clean data from PROD environment http://zimbor.go.ro
v4,v5,v6 - same as v3
