Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I usually first write an AST in Rust, and turn that into a PEST grammar by copy pasting the Rust enums and turning them into large PEST variants, then creating the rules for them. For AST's with large number of node types, this can be rather cumbersome.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to preferable have an editor command that generates todo rules for rules that are not currently defined but used.
