It's very simple, open a file as a bytestring and send this over the p2p network, the only what tricky thing is the skademlia part but you can look up in tho the wavelet blockchain repository and read the code.

Keeping this open in lieu of #266. What would be required is to frame the file into buffers of some max length and to send them through Noise.

Any help on constructing an example would be appreciated.
