Add migration contract interface that supports #14

Migration contract interface migrateInstance takes:

  • instances array of contract addresses that are instances
  • oldVersion
  • newVersion
  • repository: address of repository
  • userData custom payload allowing user to parametrise any new functionality of upgraded distribution
