[ldd-nh] Addition of nh:detector_name enumerated value

Describe the issue identified (if applicable)
The values available for nh:detector_name includes "Solar Wind Around Pluto" which is the instrument.
Based on other values for nh:detector_name and the information on page 134 of the ICD
(urn:nasa:pds:nh_documents:mission:soc_inst_icd), "SWAP Channel Electron Multiplier (CEM)"
seems more appropriate.

Please add "SWAP Channel Electron Multiplier (CEM)" to the Enumerated Values List.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• An alternative would be "SWAP Channel Electron Multiplier"
• Continue to use the instrument name Solar Wind Around Pluto as the detector name.
