nsIContentPrefService which we use in pcmanfx has been deprecated since Firefox 20.

Electrolysis的branch目前使用類似WebExtensions內建API的wrapper，（核心暫時使用Preferences.jsm）
WebExtensions支援socket之後就會改成WebExtensions的格式，nsIContentPrefService2應該就不能用了。
目前Electrolysis擴充套件目前還卡在Developer Edition，順利的話到50才會有部分add-ons可以在beta跑，
還不知道會不會比WebExtensions/Socket快到release channel。
