Project Status

Is this project still being maintained? I see a PR for support for version 12 and wondering if version 13 is on the roadmap as well. I'm about to invest time to a PostgreSQL project and am wondering if this is a place to start for me.

I would be happy to get a hand from someone on the project. But looking on PRs - there are issues and those are not mergable.
