Overarching feature: Asset Hub to handle any kind of transfers of bridged assets from Snowbridge

A user should be able to transfer bridged assets with the API in any of the following scenarios from Asset Hub (AH) perspective:

• Local transfers in AH
• Cross-chain transfer to other parachain
• Transfer back to the native consensus system (Ethereum for Snowbridge) via Bridge Hub.

These have been implemented in #383 yes.

But the issue name is "Overarching feature: Asset Hub to handle ANY kind of transfers of bridged assets from Snowbridge" so I will reopen with the request to add a couple more critical usecases:

• Cross-chain transfer from "other" Parachain back to AH
• Cross-chain transfer from "other" Parachain to "another" Parachain (using Asset Hub as reserve)
• (Stretch goal) Cross-chain transfer from "other" Parachain back to the native consensus system (Ethereum for Snowbridge) via Bridge Hub (using Asset Hub as reserve) - e.g. Transfer wETH from Rhala to Ethereum (Rhala->AssetHub->BridgeHub->Ethereum).
