The main README should be filled out and a separate README should be created for each top-level subfolder.

The main README should be expanded and include the following:

  • Description of each of of the major subfolders
  • Description of the purpose of the panoptes-tutorials
  • A section describing how to install and launch locally (as opposed to mybinder.org) if needed. For the people with actual hardware units, they will want to run some of these notebooks on their system rather than with the simulators.
