.voteskip

Manager only command.
Voteskip is a way for managers to skip songs in a unified matter.

When .voteskip is used, the current song ID is stored.
The following message is output: "@managers a vote has been started to skip this song. type .voteyes if you agree".

At least 2 or 3 managers would need to type .voteyes for this vote to pass.

When enough votes are sent, the song is skipped (assuming current playing song matches the one when .voteskip was started).
