The goal of this is to allow our users to deploy a VM Image that has been build thanks to #1705.

For the context, this is the whole workflow we want to achieve:

Copr build (done)

copr-build

VM image build (done)

image

VM image deploy (This task)

vm-deploy-comment

vm-deploy

Q1 2023 Planning outcome:

  • This is beneficial for projects that interact with low level system components such as cockpit, anaconda, osbuild, systemd (?)
  • It sounds like "next-level CI/CD feature"
  • Implementing this would be a bridge to other console.redhat.com apps
  • Red Hat customers could be interested in this
