i was to rerun the HMM code by use own xtc and tpr files, but it report the error as follow:

  • Which version of Python are you using?

Hi @yang-guoli sorry again for the slow reply. For some reason your thickness.z_thickness array has twice the number of lipids as your membrane atom group. Did you make the same selections when running the thickness calculation and creating the membrane group?
